Kevin - The "Pianoman"

We have our piano here from my mom's house now - Kevin has been practicing his little heart out. He remembers his younger days when daily practice was his routine. Between his guitar and trying to pick up piano again, and Isabelle LOVING the piano & singing her heart out, we may end up with a new show on the Branson Strip - watch our here we come!

The Presents

Isabelle was thrilled with all her gifts - she said she feels very blessed. She is excited to play pretend with her new American Girl doll & be the teacher with her new easel and pointer.

Today we had Isabelle's 6th birthday party. The party princess had a fabulous day with her family around. We had a scavenger hunt outside, butterfly cake, and presents to top it all off. Kevin & I cannot believe she is turning 6!! My how the time flies.

Tonight Isabelle got to help make one of her 6th b-day cakes. Her b-day is next Thurs. Oct 4th, but we are celebrating tomorrow with our families. She LOVES butterflies, so that's what we went with this year. Here's how the cake turned out

Welcome to our Blog

John Michael & Isabelle enjoyed a day at our local petting zoo.


We are so excited to finally have a blog. This will be our way of sharing photos and stories with you in a much simpler way! We will have lots of photos soon. Isabelle is turning 6 next week & she is excited. John Michael is really enjoying school & playing football. Today he & I are waiting for piano movers at my moms house - we are moving her piano out to our house so Isabelle can start piano lessons. She is can't wait! I hope she enjoys it!! We are only moving it once! :)
