Kevin & I have b-days 2 days apart, so we decided to celebrate with the kids last week. Kevin took a day off work & we went to the Okaloma Aquarium. We were able to see animals up close, touch many different types of animals. And walk under the shark tank. What fun. The kids loved it!! We had a great day together. 
We were able to touch these starfish. COOL!
At the shrimp tank, you could gently put your hand in and allow the shrimp to swim onto your hand. It was GREAT!!!
Rock Fish...Can you see them? 2 different kinds
I can't remember what these were called, but they swam up & down, vertically - it was crazy to watch them....they looked like bobbers...we had never seen anything like it.
HUGE turtle...really HUGE!
The aquarium has a really neat shark tank that you can walk under & see all the sharks. The kids thought this was absolutely wonderful. To be so close, to see their teeth & huge bodies was really amazing. There were probably 20+ sharks in this HUGE tank. 
Isn't this fish cool....We thought it was so different from anything we'd ever seen.

Zebra type fish...very cool!
A real sea anemone...looks like a pink sweater. These were beautiful. 
A jellyfish...this was super cool!
If you ever travel in South Tulsa or live near by, we highly recommend this stop! It is well worth it!
